Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the ChilliHotSauce.co.za website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service. ChilliHotSauce reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time without notice.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on ChilliHotSauce.co.za for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• modify or copy the materials
• use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial)

Product Information and Availability

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products available on our website. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any products or services offered and to discontinue any product at any time. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.

Heat Level Disclaimer: Chilli heat levels are approximate and can vary due to natural variations in peppers. Individual tolerance varies significantly. Always start with small amounts when trying new heat levels.

Ordering and Payment

When you place an order, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

Payment must be received by us before dispatch of goods. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic fund transfers as detailed on our payment page.

Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays or weather conditions.

Risk of loss and title for all products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we will work with you and the courier service to resolve delivery issues.

Returns and Refunds

Due to food safety regulations, we can only accept returns of unopened products in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned items.

Quality issues will be addressed regardless of whether the product has been opened. If you receive a product that doesn't meet our quality standards, contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a quality issue with the product.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ChilliHotSauce or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on ChilliHotSauce's website.

Our total liability to you for any damages arising from or related to your purchase of products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for any adverse reactions, allergic responses, or health issues resulting from consumption of our products. Customers with known allergies or health conditions should consult healthcare providers before consuming chilli products.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be resolved through the South African legal system. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between ChilliHotSauce and you with respect to your use of the website.
